Redbird Haven Cabin

Additional Charges: Pet Fee/Deposit: We do not charge a pet fee at this time because we do not want anything to stand between you and your family having a wonderful time, dogs included or not. With that, we expect you to clean up after your pet both inside the house, and outside. We have tons of throw blankets and ask that you put them on the furniture for your pets to lay on to help mitigate hair and dirt. *Reservations with cats may be declined. One of our children is allergic, so if we will be staying too close to your request, it may be declined to ensure her comfort. Cleaning and Maintenance: if our cleaning team determines that there has been substantial wear and tear on the property, we will be charging an additional $150 cleaning fee to return the property to its original state and ready for the next guest. If any property is damaged due to pets, we will charge the amount needed to replace/restore that item for the use of future guests. With the use of the hot tub (optional), there are rules included in the Guide Book and posted on a sign outside of the hot tub that must be followed. The hot tub is inspected and cleaned, in between every set of guests. Failure to follow these rules (i.e. not rinsing off before getting in, breaking glass, having drink or food spill in, etc.) could result in the hot tub needing to be drained and refreshed before the next renter. If this is the case, you will be charged a $150 hot tub cleaning fee due to the negligence. Trash: Trash Pickup occurs on Tuesday mornings. If you fill the kitchen trash receptacle during your stay, please remove it and immediately walk it to the outdoor trash bin. The correct trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/destruction doesn’t occur. Community Rules: -Quiet Hours are 11pm - 7:30am - No open fires, no fireworks, no ATVs. - Community amenities are included in your stay. Please note that the community hot tub and pool are seasonal and only open Memorial Day-Labor Day. In case of weather or maintenance needs, please keep in mind that there will be no refunds given due for the community amenities since they are free for guests. Parking: There is ample parking in front of Redbird Haven, however, per community guidelines, you are allowed up to 3 vehicles in our driveway during your stay. There is no parking allowed out on the streets. Additional vehicles will need to stay in the Lot near the community pool and tennis courts.
